At WebSupport we try to bring interesting people in for discussions on topics that we find intriguing or are dealing with ourselves. I started hosting some of these events – a relatively new concept for me. It’s in Slovak (sorry) but was a good discussion. The topic this time was Motivating teams. We talked about various tangible and intangible benefits that teams appreciate including environment, people, remote and home office work, etc… Enjoy.
